Very useful but overpriced

The wall mounting set for wetteronline home is well thought out and fulfills its purpose to the fullest satisfaction, but the price is in no way justified. The cable with the angled plug should generally be supplied with the "wetteronline home".

The device is too expensive for me to buy, the wall bracket alone costs 39.00 €....

... zeigt, dass das wirklich keine fairen Preise sind. Das hatten ja auch schon einige Käufer festgestellt.
39,- € für eine Wandhalterung, das ein simples Plastikteil mit 2 Löchern ist, ein Kabel das ich für 5,- € bei Amazon bekomme und die mitgelieferten Dübel aus "hochwertig" zu bezeichnen, finde ich schon krass daneben. Ein Dübel muss nicht hochwertig sein, er muss die Schraube halten und das tut jeder "Billigdübel".
For 100,- € I would still consider it, but not 300,- €. I could buy a top tablet for that money and install the Wetteronline app on it, so I have more of it or, as is currently the case with me: Raspberry with 27 inch monitor on it and run the Wetteronline website there. Power consumption a little more than 10 watts, the tablet won't need that much less.

danke für Ihre Meinung. Das Gerät ist für den Dauerbetrieb ausgelegt, wird stetig von uns mit Updates versorgt und profitiert von unseren immer besser werdenen Prognosen. Wir machen kein weiteres Geld mit einem Abo-Modell, dies ist für Konkurrenzprodukte üblich. Es gibt also ein All-Inclusive-Paket mit unschlagbarem Service und ohne versteckte Kosten. Wir haben weiterhin ein eigenständiges Produktdesign und produzieren in kleineren Chargen, also kein Billigprodukt von der Stange.

The same applies to the wall mounting set: we developed it especially for use with wetteronline home (from the 2nd generation onwards), the bracket has elongated holes in the housing for particularly easy horizontal alignment, a high-quality cable with a dirt-resistant nylon coating that falls straight, a wind-up function for excess cable and high-quality plugs (Fischer brand) and screws (stainless steel) so that installation is as easy as possible. And of course it is up to you whether you need the wall mounting set. Suspension can of course also be achieved with much cheaper means - but perhaps not quite as elegant.
